Xin Design Studio



Xin Design Studio is a Shanghai-based design studio founded by Huachen Xin, who graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2017 with an MA in Design Products. The studio’s work spans furniture, lighting, home accessories, and interior design.    

By balancing function with emotional resonance, Xin Design Studio invites people to experience everyday objects in ways that feel both unexpected and intuitive—allowing thoughtful design to connect the familiar with the profound.

Xin Design Studio 是由设计师辛华琛创立于上海的设计工作室。他于2017年毕业于英国皇家艺术学院产品设计专业。工作室的设计涵盖家具、灯具、家居用品与室内空间。    

通过在功能与情感之间寻找平衡，Xin Design Studio希望引导人们以意外却自然的方式重新感受日常物品，让设计在熟悉与深刻之间建立联系。

Dough Sofa



The sofa takes inspiration from curled dough. Its asymmetrical form breaks away from monotony, bringing a sense of warmth and intimacy to both public and domestic spaces.

Inside, a flat-frame structure allows sofas with distinctive forms to be produced through a standardized process, improving manufacturing efficiency without compromising the design.

面团沙发


面团沙发的灵感来自卷曲的面团。不对称的形态打破单调，为空间带来温暖而亲近的感受。无论置于公共空间还是私人住宅，都能自然融入周围环境。

内部采用平面框架结构，使具有独特外形的沙发也能实现标准化生产，在不牺牲设计的前提下提高制造效率。
